auralMedicine Sound Journeys are 60+ minute Sound Journeys specifically dialed into a particular energetic or feeling tone to facilitate healing at a core level. Through the use of solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, isochronic tones and various forms of sound healing; we loosen and unwind constricted thought patterns, physical strain and stored trauma.
Sound Journeys integrate full spectrum healing by releasing mental resistance; physiological and somatic triggers; and deepening our presence as well as expanding our conscious awareness.

Optional: Yoga mat, a pillow for head and knees, a blanket, something to cover your eyes and any other items for your comfort.
Incorporating breathwork with your Sound Journey deepens, expands and amplifies your practice.
Please be sure to consult your physician to see if breathwork is a safe practice to implement.
Lay down in a comfortable position and allow your eyes to close.
Place your right hand on your abdomen and left hand on your chest.
Inhale through your nose up towards your 3rd eye - as if it is tickling it.
Just when you feel like you cannot breathe any deeper, take a quick inhale again through your nose.
Then release, exhaling completely through your mouth like dry ice floating over your lips. The exhale will be about twice as long as the inhales.
Continue breathing, rhythmically, for the first 3 songs.
Don't worry if you have no idea when the 3rd song is. Simply place your focus on your breathing and allow for the experience to take on its own direction.
At any point during the Journey, if you are distracted, simply return to the breath.
At the conclusion of the Journey, you may wish to take your time before engaging in any other activity.
Nourish your body with healthy food and water.
If anything came forward, you may wish to make note of it in a journal.
