what you can expect from me

 

We Connect

 

  1. Initial Inquiry

Upon receiving your direct message or website contact form submission, I will respond promptly to gather insight and information about your event, confirm availability and share a bit more about Amplify Your Love to ensure alignment and synergy.   

 

  2. Consultation

Once we've confirmed availability and a synergistic partnership, we'll schedule a consultation, either over the phone or via video call. This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other better, understand your musical preferences, feel into the energy and intention of your event and discuss any specific requests or requirements you might have.  

 

  3. Customized Quote

Following our consultation, we'll create a customized quote tailored to your desired experience. This quote will outline our services, pricing and any additional options you might want to consider.

 

  4. Provisional Hold

Upon approving the quote, a provisional hold can be placed on your date for 30 days with a non-refundable deposit of $250.  This ensures that we won't book another event during that time, giving you the confidence of knowing your date is secured in case you need to review any details before making a final decision.



 

We Design

 

  1. Client Design Portal

You’ll receive access to a comprehensive questionnaire to gather essential information about your event, including the timeline, special moments and any other information that will support me in curating an optimal felt experience for your guests… and most importantly, you. Your answers will help me curate a customized playlist that reflects the energy, intent and flow of your event. 

  2. Consultation

A follow-up consultation will be scheduled to go over the questionnaire in detail, allowing us to craft the vision for the event and make any necessary adjustments.

 

  3. Finalizing the Design

We'll collaborate to finalize the timeline, flow of events, and any announcements or special interactions you'd like us to make during the reception. My goal is to ensure a seamless, joyful, unforgettable experience that amplifies the love that you desire to be felt.
 

We Make It Happen

 

It's finally here—the day you've been eagerly anticipating!  

Here's what you can expect from me on the day of your event:

  1. Arrival and Setup

Arrival at the venue will be at least 2 hours prior (or at the agreed upon time) to set up equipment and conduct soundcheck. I will ensure that everything, from speakers to lighting, is perfectly placed to create the ideal ambiance for your event.

  2. Music Selection and Mixing

Tuning in with and reading the crowd to create the optimal musical atmosphere is my gift.  With seamless song transitions, expert mixing skills and a keen ability to feel into the moment; I ensure a continuous flow of music that keeps the energy alive and in alignment with the feeling tone we co-created in our visioning process and design.

  3. Lighting and Visual Enhancements (add-ons)

As an add-on, I utilize state-of-the-art lighting and visual effects to enhance the ambiance and create a captivating visual experience. From dynamic dance floor lighting to elegant uplighting, the venue is transformed into a magical space that complements the mood and theme of your event.
