Enjoy an interactive discussion and guided meditation (via FB Live) as we open a pathway for our thoughts to align with our body’s natural vibrancy - allowing us to shift beyond limitation, constricted thought and traditional symptomatic relief.

How to Maximize Your Sound Experience

Incorporating breathwork with your Sound Experience deepens, expands and amplifies your practice. Please be sure to consult your physician to see if breathwork is a safe practice to implement.

Allow yourself to experience this fully. You will need approximately 65 minutes of uninterrupted time. Remember, this is for YOU.

Once you are in a comfortable position and have initiated the Sound Experience, allow your eyes to close. You may wish to place your right hand on your stomach and left hand on your chest to confirm your breathing pattern. You will begin to breathe deep into your diaphragm through your nose, as deep as you can. As you inhale, you will feel your right hand rise. Just when you cannot breathe any deeper, take a quick inhale again through your nose and release, exhaling completely through your mouth. Continue this breathing, rhythmically, for the first 3 songs. Don't worry whether you are doing the breathing correctly or if you have no idea when the 3rd song is. Simply focus on your breathing with integrity and allow for the experience to take on its own direction. By the 3rd song, you will be deep within your experience. At any point, if you are distracted, simply return to the breath.

At the conclusion of the Sound Experience, you may wish to take your time before engaging in any other activity. Nourish your body with healthy food and water. Offer gratitude for your experience and if anything came forward, you may wish to make note of it. These sound experiences are designed to reveal and bring discord into harmony.

What you will need: YOU!

Optional: yoga mat, a pillow for head and knees, a blanket, something to cover your eyes and any other items for your comfort in laying on the floor.
