Energy Circle and Sound Journey

The 360five Sound Experience is a 60+ minute immersive sound journey utilizing solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, isochronic tones and other vibrational medicine techniques guided through breathwork.
Following a guided meditation with an interactive discussion, we open a pathway for our thoughts to align with our body’s natural vibrancy - allowing us to shift beyond limitation, constricted thought and traditional symptomatic relief.
