"The Pulse" will dial into the journey of self-discovery and touch on topics that will stretch our thinking, invite us to shift beyond our limits, consider alternate perspectives, expand our awareness and open us up to the infinite possibilities.
The essence of growth is to come to a greater understanding of our inner truth, untangle the energetic and subconscious constriction within our mind and body at a core level, loosen the intensity of belief patterns that no longer serve us, get out of our head and into our heart and initiate inspired action that is in alignment with what we wish to experience.
